Mutley Court Gardens

A group proposal, Mutley Court Gardens, lies in the heart of the Mutley region in Plymouth, guarded by a historic Grade II listed 1840s Stonewall. The program aims to utilize the small space to reintroduce people to what was formerly a military barracks, transforming an outdated car park into social areas for a variety of family sizes and members to live in, with access to high street facilities and other amenities within the plot.
